DESCRIPTION: This frost tender Fern is excellent for growing in shallow pots or hanging baskets in the house or sunroom. It has pale green, irregularly lance-shaped, finely divided fronds up to 32 inches in length. This Fern grows up to 3 feet high with a spread of 2 feet.

POTTING: This fern needs a minimum temperature of 40 degrees. In cool climates it should be grown indoors in moist, but not waterlogged, soil out of direct sunlight.

PROPAGATION: Increase this plant by spores in the summer or division in the spring.

VARIETIES: M. strigosa.
