Artabotrys - Tail Grape

DESCRIPTION: These are tropical, evergreen climbers that can be planted outdoors in the South and in greenhouses everywhere else. A. odoratissimus produces flowers that are greenish or yellowish and fragrant; A. uncinatus has reddish-brown, fragrant flowers.
POTTING: They can live in any rich soil.
PROPAGATION: Seeds should be sown as soon after they are ripe as possible or cuttings of ripe shoots can be inserted in a closed, warm propagating case in the spring.
VARIETIES: A. odoratissimus; A. uncinatus.
