CELL:A small, usually microscopic mass of protoplasm, usually with one or more nuclei and some nonliving material, with an external membrane; the basic structural and functional unit of life.

CEPHALIUM: A densely spined crown, which produces flowers and fruit. It is produced only by species Discocactus and Melocactus.

CERACEOUS: Waxy; applied to bodies that have the texture and color of new wax, as the pollen masses of many orchids.

CERNUOUS: Drooping; pendulous; having the top curved or bent down.
